We still remember the first time we tried a stroopwafel. Waiting in line for a coffee, slightly starving, these small cookies at the counter jumped right out at us.
And once we had our first taste of Stroop Club’s gooey, caramely, delicious Stroopwafel, we knew we needed it in our chocolate. We made a vegan milk chocolate with brown and maple sugar, and loaded it with stroopwafel pieces for a match made in flavor heaven.
