Lemon Coriander - 78% Cacao

We’re suckers for citrus around here, so we could think of nothing better than using fresh lemon peel in a dark chocolate. But it couldn’t just be lemon, that would be boring. In this bar, we decided to pair lemon with the citrusy, herbaceous notes of coriander seed. The result is a very unique, aromatic dark chocolate bar unlike anything you’ve had before.
